If you receive an unreadable email message (for example, characters are transposed or fail to make any words at all):

Ask the sender to check the email format. The sender may be using a format that MSN Mail doesn't support. The sender can reformat the email message as plain text (without any formatting) and send it to you again.

If none of your email messages are displaying properly, the MSN software may have been damaged. Reinstall your MSN software.
