You can have up to five tabs on your My MSN page. Use each tab to group and organize content any way you want. For example, you could have one tab for news, another one for sports, a third for stocks, and so on.

If you use My MSN without signing in to a Microsoft account, the browser saves your customizations in cookies. The next time you use the same browser, on the same computer, and go to My MSN, your customizations will appear.
If you use a different browser or computer, your customizations won't appear. If the cookies are deleted, your customizations, including content, layout, and themes, will be lost. To see your customized My MSN page in any browser or on any computer, always sign in with a Microsoft account.
To add a tab:
At the top of your My MSN page, click Add a tab.
In the Tab name box, enter a name for the tab.
To add a tab with content and a theme already selected, choose one of the named tabs. For example, Sports or Entertainment.

To add an empty tab that you can later customize, click Blank tab.
To rename a tab:
At the top of your My MSN page, click the arrow next to the tab name that you want to change.
Enter a new name, and then click OK.
To delete a tab:
At the top of your My MSN page, click the arrow on the tab you that you want to delete.
Click Delete, and then click OK.
