Entertainment: Set a TV service provider

You can view TV listings based on where you live by selecting a local service provider. If you haven't previously chosen your service provider, you're prompted to choose one on your first visit to the TV Listings Guide.

To choose your provider:

Go to the TV Listings Guide.
Enter your Zip Code, select your service type, and then click OK.
If you selected cable or satellite, you may be presented with a choice of providers from your area. Select your service provider. If your provider isn't listed, please send feedback to us.
If your service provider offers different service levels, you may be offered a choice of lineups. Choose the one that best matches your service.

If the listings displayed don't seem to reflect the appropriate channels for your area, you may need to change the service provider.

To change providers:

Go to the TV Listings Guide, and then click the Change provider link.
Enter your Zip Code, select your service type, and then click OK.
If you selected cable or satellite, you may be presented with a choice of providers from your area. Select your service provider. If your provider isn't listed, please send feedback to us.
If your service provider offers different service levels, you may be offered a choice of lineups. Choose the one that best matches your service.

To find the name of your service provider or the lineup that you have, check your service provider's monthly statement. To help find the correct lineup, compare the number of channels the lineup provides to the number of channels you receive. To get channel listings for other areas, change to the new area's Zip Code. You can find a list of US and Canadian Zip Codes online. The data used to display TV listings on MSN Entertainment is managed and provided by a third party. On occasion, you may experience errors and/or missing channel information in the data. These errors are usually corrected quickly.
