MSN Explorer: Add or remove member accounts

Each MSN subscription includes eleven member accounts. The first account belongs to the primary account manager. Each account has a unique email address and password to help protect the privacy of each user.

Add a new member account

  1. Click the Help & Settings menu, and then click Accounts & Billing.

  2. Click Add member accounts.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Remove a member account

  1. Click the Help & Settings menu, and then click Accounts & Billing.

  2. Click Remove member accounts.

  3. Next to the name of the account that you want to remove, click Remove.

  4. Click Save Changes.

noteNote
  • You must be an account manager to add or remove member accounts.

  • When an account is removed, the account member's name is removed from the sign-in page along with all of the information associated with the account, including MSN Mail messages stored on your computer.
