On http://movies.msn.com, click showtimes.

Where online ticketing is available, next to the showtimes click Buy Tickets, or click the show time of your choice.
If you don’t see Buy Tickets next to the showtimes for a movie, it means MSN doesn’t have online ticketing for that movie or theater.
If the show time has already passed or starts very soon, you can’t purchase tickets online.
