Uninstalling the MSN software removes it from your computer. However, it doesn't cancel your MSN subscription. To uninstall MSN, follow the instructions for your operating system:
Windows XP

Click Start, and then click Run.

Type appwiz.cpl, and then press ENTER.

In the Add or Remove Programs list, click MSN.

Click Change/Remove.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
Windows 2000

Click Start, and then click Run.

Type appwiz.cpl, and then press ENTER.

In the Add/Remove Programs list, click MSN.

Click Change/Remove.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
Windows 98

Click Start, and then click Run.

Type appwiz.cpl, and then press ENTER.

On the Install/Uninstall tab, click MSN, and then click Add/Remove.

Click Change/Remove.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
Windows Vista or later

Click Start, and then click Run.

Click Start, and then click in the Start Search box.

Type appwiz.cpl, and then press ENTER.

In the Uninstall or change program window, click MSN.

Click Uninstall.
