If your computer isn't dialing the right number, or if the dialing settings aren't correct for your area, you will not be able to connect to the Internet. On the MSN sign-in screen, click Connection Settings, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
To find a different access number:

Go to the MSN Customer Support website.

Under Links & Resources in the left pane, click Dial-up Access Numbers.
