If you sign in with a Microsoft account
If you sign in with a Microsoft account to see your customized My MSN page, your customizations are saved in your Microsoft account. If your customizations don't appear, try the following:

Check the name in the upper-right and make sure you're signed in with the right Microsoft account. If Welcome Guest appears, click Sign In, and then sign in with your Microsoft account. If a different name appears, click Sign Out, click Sign In, and then sign in with your Microsoft account.

Refresh the page.
If you don't sign in with a Microsoft account
If you use My MSN without signing in with a Microsoft account, the web browser saves your customizations in cookies. The next time you use the same browser, on the same computer, to go to your My MSN page, your customizations will appear. If your customizations don't appear, try the following:

Make sure you're using the same browser and computer.
If you're using a different browser or a different computer, your customizations won't appear. If you're using the same browser and computer, the cookies may have been deleted and your customizations, including content, layout, and themes may have been lost. -
Check the name in the upper-right and make sure Welcome Guest appears. If a name appears, click Sign Out.
