You can view e-mail from a POP3 e-mail account in MSN.
Add a new POP3 e-mail account

Click the Help & Settings menu, and then click Settings.

In the left pane, click E-mail.

Click Additional e-mail accounts.

Click POP3 e-mail accounts, and then click Add Account.

On the Set up your POP3 e-mail account page, enter the User information, Sign-in information, and Server information for your POP3 e-mail account provider.

Click Save Changes.

Click Done.
Copy POP3 e-mail settings from Microsoft Outlook Express

Click the Help & Settings menu, and then click Settings.

In the left pane, click E-mail.

Click Additional e-mail accounts.

Click Copy POP3 e-mail settings.

Select the check box next to each account you want to import, and then click Next.

When the account information has been copied, click Done.
