To sign in to MSN Money you need a Microsoft account. A Microsoft account is an email address and password you use to sign in to all MSN and Microsoft sites and services, including MSN Money, Hotmail, Messenger, and SkyDrive. A Microsoft account also gets you in to other Microsoft sites such as Xbox LIVE, Zune, and Office Web Apps.

Scroll to the top of any MSN Money page and, in the upper-right, click Sign in.

Enter your Microsoft account, and then click Sign in. If you don't have a Microsoft account, follow the instructions to sign up for one.
