If you can't sign in to MSN, but you receive no error message and a flying butterfly appears on the screen:

Check for interference from firewall software

Make sure that your computer's date and time settings are correct

Check for network outages by visiting the Network Status page, and then selecting a service from the list.

Select new access numbers

Remove your MSN account, and then add it again
