If you visit a website that you suspect may be phishing, you can report it to Microsoft for evaluation. Also, if Microsoft Phishing Filter flags a website as a phishing website, and you don't think that it is, you can inform Microsoft, and the website will be evaluated again.

Navigate to the website that you want to report as a phishing website.

On the navigation bar, click Safety, point to Phishing Filter, and then click Report phishing website.
