- Lync-to-phone (Lync Plan 3 only) Connect users to the telephone network by signing up with a Lync-to-phone provider. Lync-to-phone features include call forwarding, simultaneous ring, assigning a delegate to receive your calls, and team calling. For details, see Connect Lync Online to the telephone network with Lync-to-phone.

- Bulk editing For performance reasons the Lync Online Control Panel displays the first 1,000 users in your user list. If you have more than 1,000 users, you can Filter by Lync settings, or Search by user name or phone number to find the specific people you’re looking for.
