MSN Explorer: View or change your billing information

To view or change your MSNSympatico / MSNninemsnMicrosoft billing information:

  1. Click the Help & Settings menu, and then click Accounts & Billing.

  2. Click Billing information.

  3. Click Go to personal information.

  4. In the Your payments section, next to the payment method that you want to view or change, click View/Edit.

  5. To edit the payment information, click Edit payment method information, make the changes that you want, and then click Save.

noteNote
  • If you have a recent subscription, your billing information may not be visible yet.

  • Only the primary account manager can view or change billing information.
