noteNote
  • When you create a message using formatted text, only e-mail programs that support HTML can read the formatting. If the recipient's e-mail program can't read HTML, the message appears as plain text with an HTML file attached. The recipient can then view the formatted message by opening the attached HTML file in a web browser.

  • To change the formatting of text while writing e-mail, select the text, and then click Font, Size, or the Font Color button Font Color button.

  • If you use stationery in your messages, the font settings in your stationery override the preferences that you set.
