ninemsn Explorer: ninemsn crashes, stops responding, or experiences internal errors

If the ninemsn software frequently stops responding, or if you receive the error message "ninemsn has experienced an internal error and will now close":

  • Restart your computer, and then sign in to ninemsn again.

  • Visit the ninemsn Member Center website, click Download Now, and then confirm that your computer meets the list of system requirements. If you don't already have the latest version of the ninemsn software, click Install Now, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Visit the Windows Update website, and ensure that you've installed all the available updates for Microsoft Windows.

  • Visit the Windows Internet Explorer download page, and ensure that you have the latest version of Internet Explorer.
