If you try to access a secure website that uses SSL when SSL is not enabled on your computer, you receive a "Page cannot be displayed" message.
To enable SSL:

Click Start, and then click Run.
- Or -
Click Start, and then click in the Start Search box.

Type inetcpl.cpl, and then press ENTER.

On the Advanced tab, under Security, select the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 check boxes.

Click OK.
