Spyware, adware, or other unapproved third-party software may have attacked your computer.
Try the following:

If a page that you're trying to view is taking too long to open, click the Stop button
next to the address bar. -
If you get a message that a web page can't be displayed, or if you want to make sure that you have the latest version of the page, click the Refresh button
next to the address bar.
