To export contacts from ninemsn to Microsoft Outlook Express:

Click the Help & Settings menu, and then click Settings.

In the left pane, click E-mail.

Click Import or export e-mail, copy e-mail, or import contacts.

Click Export e-mail and contacts.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
