ninemsn Explorer: Add senders to your safe list

Contacts on your safe list appear in the People I know view of your Inbox. Their e-mail messages go directly to your Inbox and are never filtered as junk e-mail.

To add a sender to your safe list:

  1. Click the Help & Settings menu, and then click Settings.

  2. In the left pane, click E-mail.

  3. Click Junk E-Mail Guard.

  4. Click Safe list.

  5. In the text box above the E-mail addresses box, type the e-mail address of the sender (for example, “someone@example.com”).

  6. Click Add.

  7. Click Save Changes.

noteNote
  • To always receive e-mail messages from people at a particular domain, add the domain name (for example, “example.com”) to your safe list.

  • To delete e-mail addresses from your safe list, select the check boxes next to the addresses, click Delete Selected Items, and then click Save Changes.
