ninemsn Explorer: Cannot read the text in an e-mail message

If you receive an unreadable e-mail message (for example, characters are transposed or fail to make any words at all):

  • Ask the sender to check the e-mail format. The sender may be using a format that ninemsn Mail doesn't support. The sender can reformat the e-mail message as plain text (without any formatting) and send it to you again.

  • If none of your e-mail messages are displaying properly, the ninemsn software may have been damaged. Reinstall your ninemsn software.
