You can change the following Download Manager settings:

How you want to be notified when Download Manager starts and finishes downloading files.

How many times Download Manager should retry a failed download.

Whether ninemsn should keep a record of the files you download.

Click the Help & Settings menu, and then click Settings.

In the left pane, click Internet options.

Click Download Manager.

Select download settings and notification options, and then click Save Changes.

| If you're using a dial-up modem, select 1 as the maximum number of files to download simultaneously. With a dial-up modem, it may take a long time to download more than one file at a time. If you're using a high-speed Internet connection, such as DSL or a cable modem, you can choose a higher number. |
